Train Like Your Body Still Matters.

30-Year IT Veteran & Functional Training Advocate

Most fitness advise out there doesn't speak to the IT/Tech Support community. So, this letter is about taking what I know to help the people I know.

What's inside?

01 - Straight talk

I'm not writing for an algorithm. Whether I've known you for 5 minutes or 5 years. In the office or in the gym. I talk that same.

02 - Work With What You've Got

Complex fitness systems have their place, but sometimes you just have to MacGyver some sh*t and use what's on hand.

03 - One size does NOT fit all

I don't do the typical "My way is the best way" crap. Everyone is different. Functional training. Traditional bodybuilding. Minimalist training. Suspension training. Experiment until you find what works for YOU. I dig it all. I talk about it all.

Who Am I?

Hey. I'm Z. You know those people who can talk nonstop about cars, or their kids or their pets? That's me and training. I don't want to call myself a fanatic, but the shoe does fit.

30 years training and 30 years in IT Support. I've worked at every level from helpdesk to director. I know the specific issues that hit our IT/Tech Support community the hardest. That's the biggest reason I'm starting this letter.

"Z, thank you so much! Working with you has been a real treat. The workouts have helped my wife and I move better and look better."

— Solar Sales

"My man! The gems you dropped on us at work daily definitely got me right. I didn't believe you at first, but my waisteline don't lie."

— Customer Service

"I thought I knew my stuff, but damn homie, you took things to another level."

— Network Engineer
