If you work in IT support, you know the drill. We spend 8 to 10 hours a day managing heavy, legacy systems behind a screen, only to hit the gym and slam our joints with rigid, traditional lifting routines that add even more friction to our bodies.
This page is the hard reset. I am migrating away from the legacy frameworks. On the screen, that means leveraging AI and clean code to deploy tools instantly without the backend noise. In the gym, it means trading the joint-crushing weights for bands, cables, and kettlebells to fix our physical technical debt.

So I’m stepping off that legacy carousel and into an AI-first, functional movement frontier for two main reasons: to upgrade my execution stack, and to actually enjoy the tech and the training again. I’m an IT geek at heart, but I refuse to let the desk destroy the hardware.
